1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the vk10 platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account or place any wagers.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility

Use of the vk10 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on vk10.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where such prohibition would expose vk10 or you to criminal liability.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing vk10 account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded by you or by vk10.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, or if you are, you have voluntarily self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools provided by vk10.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access betting and casino services on vk10, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on vk10 at any time. If vk10 identifies that a user holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — vk10 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets placed via those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances. The original account may be reinstated at vk10's sole discretion subject to satisfactory identity verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. vk10 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity conducted via your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected compromise to our support team at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identification documents — such as a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your use of the Platform. vk10 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vk10 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk10 does not accept deposits from accounts held in a name other than that of the registered vk10 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds (less any applicable transfer fees) and possible account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all payment methods and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. vk10 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Where a deposit exceeds the applicable limit, it may be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. vk10 aims to process approved withdrawals within one business day. vk10 shall not be liable for delays caused by the payment provider or by banking intermediaries beyond vk10's control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

vk10 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. vk10 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any user and to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Any attempt to use vk10 for money laundering will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on vk10 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules. vk10 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in contravention of these Terms.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event or game outcome as determined by vk10 using official data sources. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, vk10's records shall be the definitive reference. Results obtained from third-party websites or broadcasts are not accepted as evidence in settlement disputes.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, vk10 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. vk10 shall not be liable to pay winnings arising from a manifest error in odds or game data.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on vk10. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. vk10 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific users or accounts at its sole discretion, including in response to patterns of play that suggest abuse of the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by vk10:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. vk10 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• vk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the relevant accounts will be subject to suspension.
• Winnings generated from free spin bonuses or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk10 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in further legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without written authorisation from vk10.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to exploit pricing errors rather than to participate in genuine entertainment wagering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any software, data, or content belonging to vk10.
• Engaging in any conduct that vk10 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other users, vk10 staff, or the Platform's integrity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vk10 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall layout and design of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the vk10 platform or its content without the prior written consent of vk10.

9 Privacy & Data

vk10 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at vk10.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vk10 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Your personal and financial information will not be sold or transferred to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk10 and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vk10 platform.

vk10 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular, vk10 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Any interruption of service caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events outside vk10's reasonable control.
• Any loss of potential winnings resulting from the voiding of bets due to manifest errors in odds or game data.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vk10's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by vk10

vk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if vk10 has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In such cases, vk10 may withhold any funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, vk10 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your vk10 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vk10 will process any eligible withdrawal of real-money balances (subject to KYC verification) and close the account within a reasonable time. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to stop gambling for a defined or indefinite period may request a self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. 12 Responsible Gaming

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the vk10 platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2.
